Tap Your Way to a Higher Vibe
If you’ve never tried “Tapping” or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), you’re missing a super quick way to release tension, stress and trauma from your body - and lifts your mood instantly!
The process stimulates various acupressure points on your body by tapping on them and focussing on the situation you would like to change. Check out this video for a couple of rounds to raise your vibration!
Gratitude, gratitude & more gratitude
Close your eyes, take a deep breath and breathe out slowly, focus your attention in your heart and connect to all the things in your life you are grateful for right now……your home, your family & friends, the amazing dinner you ate last night, the cuddle you got from your kids before they went to bed, the lady that smiled and held the door open for you, your amazing human body and how it just knows how to breathe and keep you alive etc. There is so much to be grateful for and I’m sure you can find something.
Whatever it is for you, really connect with and feel into each of them and you should start to feel your mood lift as your vibration rises. You might even feel a tingling in your stomach or chest, or even feel a sense of pride at how lucky you really are - its an awesome feeling!
See if you can get to at least 10 things each morning, to start your day the right way!
Lets talk about sex baby…
Yes, we all know that generally “getting jiggy with it” makes you feel good - but do you know why?
Physically speaking, sex has numerous health benefits
it engages various muscle groups and supports your cardiovascular health (depending how adventurous you are!)
it releases endorphins (feel good hormones) such as oxytocin & dopamine, which can reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and alleviate pain
it can improve sleep quality
it can also improve your immune and cognitive functions
its good for your overall mental & physical wellbeing
Energetically speaking - we store our Kundalini energy around the base of our spine, which is closely connected to your sexual organs - so its good practice to energise & invigorate this area to get the positive energy flowing round your body each day.
So whether you’re flying solo, in a Partnership or have more modern approach to your sex life, my advice is
Safety First Always (both physical, emotional and energetic)
Enjoy a healthy, active sex life! Make it fun, enjoyable and balanced

Move your body
Whether its running, yoga, swimming, salsa dancing, going for a walk or lifting weights at the gym - moving your body on a daily basis is key to raising your vibration.
When you exercise, your body releases hormones called endorphins, which reduce your perception of pain and give you a euphoric, positive outlook on life.
So get up and get moving!

Meditation for me is a non-negotiable - its part of my morning routine, like brushing my teeth. There are many different ways to meditate - eyes closed, eyes open, instructor led, self paced, active meditation, even running and fishing can be forms of meditation, so I encourage you to find what works for you.
The aim, is to bring yourself into a calm relaxed state, where you feel peaceful and can find clarity and balance with your life.

Say it loud, say it proud
Intention setting is key!
You’ve got to tell the Universe what you want - otherwise it doesn’t know what to bring you!
Get into the habit each morning of saying out loud “today I intend to……..”
Eg,
feel happy
give and receive love easily
achieve all my goals
have enough time to do everything I need
be calm and confident when I speak
Its your life - you get to choose what happens in it - so start taking charge and saying it out loud!
Take a dip
Epsom salt baths are one of my favourite ways to clear negative energy from your body and I have at least 3 a week.
Not only does the salt soothe tired muscles, alleviate aches & pains, draw out toxins from the body, relaxes you and improves your sleep - its also known for dissolving lower vibrational energy, which makes you feel fabulous after a long soak!
My top tip for an amazing salt bath:
Fill the bath as normal, for a temperature that is right for you
Add 2-3 cups of Epsom Salts (can purchase on Amazon.com)
Pop in a few of your favourite crystals (that are safe in water)
Add few drops of lavender essential oils
Add some luxurious bubble bath
Light a few candles (safely)
Dim the lights…….and relax!
Shine bright like a diamond..
Crystals are natures little energy protectors and I absolutely love them! Aside from being exquisitely beautiful, they have a variety of healing properties which can help clear negative energy and raise your and your home’s vibration instantly.
I have them dotted all around the house - under my bed, on top of the door frames, in the bathroom and my office. Sometimes I carry a specific one in my pocket (or bra!) if I want an extra boost of their healing power.
Each type of crystal will help with different things but I’ve listed my firm favourites for raising your vibration below:
Rose Quartz - Bringing a sense of love and peace to you
Amethyst - Cleanses the body, protects, releases negative attachments
Howlite - Teaches patience, releases anger, brings sense of calm to you
Smokey Quartz - Removes negative energy from you and your home
Obsidian - Protection against others energies (essential for empaths)
Carnelian - Immune-boosting, vitalises, aids physical healing
Eat the Rainbow
We all know a healthy, balanced diet is key to maintaining both mental and physical wellbeing. But did you know that eating a variety of different coloured foods is just as critical?
Each colour in these foods corresponds to specific antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that play crucial roles in maintaining overall health and energetically, it is also thought, that foods of each different colour relate to the different energy centres (or Chakra’s) in your body eg,
Red foods like tomatoes and strawberries are associated with the root chakra, symbolizing grounding and stability
Orange foods, like carrots, apricots and tangarines relate to the sacral chakra which is all about creativity, passion, finances
Yellow foods such as bananas and corn are thought to stimulate the solar plexus chakra, linked to personal power and confidence
Green foods, like leafy greens, broccoli, and avocados, align with the heart chakra, which is associated with love, compassion, and emotional balance
Blue foods, such as blueberries and plums, are linked to the throat chakra. This chakra relates to communication, self-expression, and truth.
Indigo foods, such as purple grapes or aubergines relate to the third eye chakra, which is associated with intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness
Violet white foods, like onions & garlic are associated with the crown chakra. This chakra is related to spiritual connection, wisdom, and a sense of oneness
So by “eating the rainbow” it is thought you can balance and harmonise your Chakras - which raises your vibration and makes you feel fabulous!
